At our store, every product is custom-made and produced specifically to order. Because all items are personalized and manufactured on demand, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before completing their purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the case and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all products are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.
